Brisbane Strikers are looking for Expressions of Interest for coaching and assistant coaching positions for 2017.

Current FFA coaching qualifications and experience is preferred but not essential, as the club will work with all coaching staff to educate and provide opportunity for personal development through coaching courses, updates and individual mentoring. Males and females are encouraged to apply.

The club participates in the National Premier Leagues and is committed to identifying and developing the talents of locally-based footballers with a view to preparing them for the elite levels of the game, while playing in the highest standard of competition available to the club. Brisbane Strikers respect the value of fair play in all of our activities and strive to uphold the highest standards of behavior, integrity, respectful and positive behaviour protecting the image of football as a whole and the Club.

• Coaches working for Brisbane Strikers are expected to work within the framework of the FFA National Coaching Curriculum and specifically in line with the Strikers Playing Style utilising the Team Model and Football Development Plan.
• They report directly to the club Technical Director.
• Training is conducted three nights a week, juniors at Meakin Park with seniors at Perry Park.
• Match day is usually Sunday for juniors and Saturday for seniors.
• All coaches are provided with access to full club resources including the High Performance Unit, specialist medical and player welfare programs.
