State Youth League Results

The Logan Strikers bounced back in emphatic fashion from the disappointment of last week’s 4-1 loss to QAS Football when they travelled to Stockland Park today to inflict a 4-0 defeat on Sunshine Coast Fire, vaulting over the Fire to third position on the league table as they did so. Logan’s goals were scored by Rolance Narayan (2), with Ryan Cokell getting a third and the Fire putting a fourth into their own net.

This followed an improved performance by their Brisbane Strikers cousins last night in beating Bundaberg Spirit, also 4-0, with goals to Scot Coulson (2), Chris Maher and Shane Lubbe to put themselves almost in touching distance of the top four.
